Added an internal MIDI keyboard with scales, chord inversions, and

Enable or disable it using Int MIDI KBD on page 13

Press A+B/Yes to access the keyboard and its

on the current page, allowing sound editing while playing. Press it
again to exit.
Keyboard settings are shared by all presets and saved globally in
